Veteran Dental Assistance in Florida
The Florida Veterans Coalition does not fund or provide dental services. We connect eligible Florida veterans with our partner, the Wounded Veterans Relief Fund, whose Critical Dental Assistance Program serves qualifying applicants.

The Critical Dental Assistance Program is run by the Wounded Veterans Relief Fund (WVRF). The first step is WVRF's Qualifying Lead Form. Applications and eligibility decisions are handled by WVRF — the FVC helps connect you to their program.

The Florida Veterans Coalition is not a dental provider and does not fund dental services. Our role is to connect eligible Florida veterans with the Wounded Veterans Relief Fund (WVRF), whose Critical Dental Assistance Program serves veterans who need critical dental assistance and are not eligible for it through the VA.
WVRF's dental program is run and funded by WVRF, working with a network of paid dental partners. All eligibility decisions, scheduling, and care are handled by WVRF directly.
A collaborative effort to ensure no veteran goes without essential dental care.

- Comprehensive dental examinations
- Restorative procedures and fillings
- Extractions and oral surgery
- Dentures and prosthetics
- Preventive care and cleanings
- Emergency dental treatment
Eligibility (set by WVRF)
- Honorable or Under General Honorable discharge
- In need of critical dental assistance and not eligible for dental care through the VA
- 400% below Federal Household Poverty Guidelines
- DD214
- VA ID
- Florida ID
You must be able to produce all documents, including 3 months of household bank statements, to move forward to the application phase.
How to Apply
- 1Complete the Qualifying Lead Form (QLF) on WVRF's website. It is the first step to the Critical Dental Assistance Program.
- 2A WVRF representative will reach out within 3–5 business days.
- 3If you qualify, you move forward to the application phase.
Due to a high volume of intakes at this time, the wait is approximately two weeks unless you are having a dental emergency.
