Emergency Relief Grant
Apply for emergency financial assistance. You must be a U.S. Military Veteran (discharge other than dishonorable), Florida resident, enrolled in VA Healthcare, and referred by a VSO or Social Worker.
Before you start
Who qualifies: Veterans who meet the criteria in the subtitle above and can provide proof of service. Our team confirms eligibility during review.
What you'll need: Contact information, a clear description of your situation, and a proof-of-service upload (license with veteran designation, VA card, DD-214, or DoD ID).
What happens next: After you submit, we review your application and reach out with questions or next steps. We aim to acknowledge submissions within a few business days; urgent crises may be prioritized when possible.
